The manager and a young man went over and beyond to help me right at closing time. I had a nail in my tire and I had a road trip the next day. They stayed an hour plus after closing time to make sure that I will be OK on the road and this service was free!!! Now that's what you call integrity, they stayed after and did not make any money off of me. I am very grateful to know that these folks are about business and they have a customer for life!!! Thank you Discount Tire!!!

The team at the LSL Discount Tire location was outstanding! I needed a flat tire repair, called ahead, and they were able to get me in right away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They clearly explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and had me back on the road in about thirty minutes. It's not always easy to find a business that combines excellent customer service with fast, quality work, but this team did exactly that. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers. The entire process was stress-free and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing tire service, and I'll definitely return for future tire needs.

I had a tire that was losing air to the point that I had to put air in it daily. Took my car in at 8:00 and they warmly welcomed me at the door. Was concerned I was going to have to end up purchasing at least 2 if not 4 new tires. Much to my delight, they were able to fix the issue which was a screw in the tire. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes AND they didn't charge me a dime. Very impressed with their level of customer service and to get me on my way in such an efficient manner. Highly recommend Discount Tire in Lake Saint Louis!

This discount tire is one of the best in the area I ordered wheels and they were there the next day, and they gave me a call as soon as they got there. Big thanks to Sean for all the help.
